4. Ownership and Usage Rights

• Work Created: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the final work created by us for your own business purposes.

• Marketing Use: You agree that we have the right to use any work we have created for you, including but not limited to logos, designs, social media content, or campaigns, as part of our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. If you wish to restrict this usage, you must notify us in writing prior to project commencement.

5. Payments and Fees

• Fees for services will be detailed in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

• Payment is due within 7 days of receiving an invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month on any outstanding amount.

• All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing. You will be responsible for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
